There is a reasonable amount of research that goes into projects/developers before Trustbanq offers to promote the developer’s projects to the market.

Secondary Market:

For the Discerning clients who are necessarily looking to acquire a Ready to Move Property, our services are available in the Secondary Market. Secondary Market deals are more tricky than acquiring assets in primary market place. Here we are focussed again on helping clients to achieve their desired vision through us. The differentiator is that the transactions are smoother, documentation is complete in all respects. Here we take assignments to either represent The Seller or The Buyer at any given point in time.

Corporate Leasing:

Trustbanq has helped multiple organizations, small and large, to set up base in Delhi  (NCR). Again, the thought process starts from understanding the client’s vision and turning it into reality. Right from Fully Furnished Office Spaces to Bare Shell SEZ spaces, we have a fairly large data of investors who are already invested in these properties and are keen to lease them out. Being in the business for over a decade, the developers are keen to work with us and share the inventory from time to time.

Portfolio Management:

Although for us No Client is too Small or too Big, however, to dedicate a resource specifically for the complete portfolio managment, we are managing at the moment, portfolio of some key HNIs in the region. Our task here is to maximize ROI for our investors, while making sure that the money spent is on Rock Solid and Stable opportunities.
