Real Estate in Gurgaon Today

Investing into real estate is both an art and science. Future Infrastructural Developments – The Golf Course Extn. has been declared as a National Highway, which means that this stretch of road is going to be maintained by the NHAI (National Highways Authority of India), which in turn converts into better maintenance of this road. The Phase II of Metro Connectivity is planned along this road, which would mean that your property would be just about 5 minute drive from the Metro Station. The Faridabad Road (which also connects areas like Chattarpur in South Delhi) is also planned to be connected directly to this road.
